Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Business Intelligence Consultant with extensive experience in BI projects, specializing in the migration from QlikView to Qlik Sense, and preferably to Power BI.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in transforming business reporting and analysis systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the migration of BI systems, including reverse engineering existing business logic to ensure a smooth transition.
• Document and define reporting logic to optimize the migration from QlikView to Qlik Sense, and evaluate potential evolution to Power BI.
• Integrate and consolidate two data warehouses to create a corporate data lake.
• Support internal analyses for managing clients, sales, and company costs.
• Create and optimize dashboards and KPIs for performance monitoring and business travel management.
• Produce detailed reports to demonstrate savings and the impact of implemented optimizations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in managing complex projects with a strong focus on data analysis and improving business decision-making capabilities through advanced BI tools.
• Expertise in QlikView and Qlik Sense, with a preference for experience in Power BI.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to document and define business reporting logic.
• Experience in integrating and consolidating data warehouses.
• Ability to create and optimize dashboards and KPIs.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.

• Work Mode: Hybrid - 2 days onsite in Milan and 3 days remotely
